2.3 Refund for Cancellations

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective Product Delivered: The product has manufacturing defects or does not meet quality standards.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered: The delivered product does not match the product ordered.
  3. Order Not Delivered – If the order is not delivered within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, the customer is eligible for a refund or reshipment. The courier partner’s official delivery status will be considered final in determining whether an order has been delivered or not.

3.4 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated.
